We had a perfectly pleasant stay in Cagliari right by a restaurant in another area of the city as well as old town. It was excellent very near to the bus stop.

I keep coming back to the place where they found my lost wallet. It suits me perfectly: free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a kitchen. Perfect for my business trips.

The flat was new, only 5 minutes walk from the Parrocchia San Paolo. The host made my stay AMAZING. Loved its stunning location very near to the bus stop.

We appreciated the venue and its particularly good setting. Bed was comfy, room was bright and fairly quiet as expected. They were amiable, what more could you ask for.

It was amazing near the road to reach the sea. A shower, a hairdryer, and a bidet were provided. The stuff was amicable and good with all requests.

That the location was bad.

The room was stunning, exceeding our expectations. the pictures truly don't do it justice! It had a charming rustic feel and the decor was lovely. the bed was comfortable and we had a great night's sleep. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, just a short walk away from all the main attractions. We loved being able to explore the beautiful streets and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the city. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with great recommendations for restaurants and bars nearby.

The building itself was a bit outdated and could benefit from some renovations. And although the room was clean overall, we did notice a few areas that could have been paid more attention to.

The walk to Piazza Garibaldi is pleasant and the underground garage is a great bonus. The host's restaurant nearby is a must-visit, with delicious homemade dishes and a delightful atmosphere. Can't wait to return for both the restaurant and the amazing stay here.

I recently stayed at Residences Del Teatro for a week while exploring the beautiful city of Cagliari. The location of the property is excellent, with easy access to the bus stop for convenient trips to the city center and beaches like Poetto and Calamosca. Francesco, the property owner, was incredibly welcoming and always went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Additionally, the nearby bus connections and the owner's restaurant, L'osteria del teatro, with its reasonable prices and delicious local cuisine, added to the overall positive experience. The comfortable rooms and the bonus of a fridge were also much appreciated.
